Hyde Park 1st Floor Remodel & Addition

This Hyde Park family needed a more functional and family-friendly space. Now, they’re enjoying a more livable, open, and spacious home with plenty of beautiful and practical touches. 

The new living room features a stunning, large format marble tile fireplace and eye-catching exposed beams across the ceiling. Hidden storage cabinets behind decorative paneling provide the perfect place to put away toys and games. In the kitchen, we installed a large island that offers plenty of storage and is also a beautiful spot for everyone to sit down together for a meal. 

Beyond the first floor, we increased the home’s living space with an addition off the basement and updated the outdoors with a textured concrete patio.
