This sports-themed lower level adds living space and fun to the home. The homeowners hoped to create an atmosphere where their adult kids would want to spend time entertaining friends, and their new space definitely delivered.

This basement has something for everyone, from an exercise area, ping pong table, and media room, to a fully equipped wet bar with a gorgeous wine cellar. Other features of the project include a half brick wall with a drink ledge cap, and stone wall accents behind the bar and within niches. Stunning architecture is seen throughout, such as the arched doorway leading into the wine cellar and a wood tray ceiling above the bar.
