Sleek Hyde Park Kitchen
This kitchen’s new footprint makes for better traffic flow and has some wonderfully hidden and useful surprises.
The white tones with quartz countertops and traditional cabinetry create a classic look with modern conveniences. To keep the subway tile backsplash blemish-free, we added under-cabinet power receptacles for under-counter appliances. The sleek look and feel was further enhanced by concealing the refrigerator in the wall cabinets, and we tucked rollout pantry shelves between two structural elements in the paneled wall. We even hid the icemaker in the island. Custom cabinetry continues into the remodeled living room, housing the electric components, boxes, and cables for an uncluttered look.
The kitchen is as convenient as it is beautiful, with features like the convenient pot filler above the new range, so homeowners will never have to haul over a heavy pot of water from the sink.
